Haven’s Heart is a non-profit organization established in 2007. Our staff of skilled social workers, professional chaplains, bereavement coordinators, and palliative care experts have over 30 years experience in caring for terminally ill children. Knowing the crucial needs and how a child’s illness affects the whole family, our program is designed to support and guide every family member through this most difficult time of their lives.
